On Noynoy Aquino
I, for one, can't get over the fact that Pres. Cory Aquino's death was just in time for Noynoy's ascendancy into the Presidential campaign. If she died in December or a little later, it would have been too late for Noynoy to file his candidacy. If she had died sooner, then all those emotionally charged people would have already mellowed, and the enthusiasm could have died a natural death.
Do we believe in coincidences? should we believe in destiny? or is it really Pres. Cory Aquino working her magic and her prayers getting answered? I guess we will know within 8 months.
I will never forget how it was always raining so hard during the time of Pres. Cory Aquino's wake ---but it stopped or it was reduced to a drizzle when her body was being transported from De La Salle Greenhills to the Manila Cathedral. The same thing happened during the day of her funeral.
These are really some of the things that amazes me. The memory of those two amazing "sunny" days in the midst of a very rainy week I want to be remembered.
Is it a miracle? It certainly is a phenomenon.
If we believe she is still praying up there ... then we all know who will be our next President.
